Koyn Card

Refund policy

Last updated 30 September 2026

Refunds follow one fixed rule: they are sent automatically in the same asset and network you paid with (SOL on Solana or ETH on Ethereum mainnet), to the address that sent the payment. The network fee for the refund is deducted from the refunded amount.

When a refund is issued

  • The card can’t be purchased or delivered — for example the provider rejects the order or the price moved beyond the price protection. The amount you paid is refunded.
  • Underpayment — if the full amount doesn’t arrive before the payment window ends, the amount received is refunded.
  • Overpayment and unused price protection — anything above what the card actually cost (plus the disclosed platform fee) is returned.
  • Late payment — funds that arrive after an order expired are returned.

Some refunds are reviewed by a person before they are sent. Your order page shows the status and the transaction link once a refund is sent.

Your responsibilities

  • Sending correctly. We are not responsible for funds sent to the wrong address, on the wrong network, in the wrong asset, in the wrong amount, or after the quote expired, beyond the refund process described here. Funds sent in another asset or on another network are not credited and may not be recoverable.
  • Fees. Exchange withdrawal fees and network fees are yours to pay. Only the amount that actually arrives on-chain at your order address counts toward the order.
  • The refund address. Refunds go only to the address that sent the payment. If you paid from an exchange or other custodial service, it is your responsibility that this address can receive the refund; we can’t redirect it elsewhere.
  • Price changes. Crypto prices are volatile. Refunds are made in the same crypto amount (less the refund network fee), not in the USD value at the time you paid.

When a refund isn’t possible

  • Once a gift card code, PIN or redemption link has been delivered, the sale is final.
  • We are not responsible for codes that are lost, shared, stolen or already redeemed after delivery, or for the issuer’s or merchant’s policies, card balances, expiry or where the card is accepted.
  • Tiny leftovers smaller than the network cost of returning them may not be refunded.
