Terms of service

The service

Koyn Card lets you buy digital gift cards with SOL on Solana or ETH on Ethereum mainnet. Gift cards are purchased from and fulfilled by a third-party provider. Each brand’s own terms apply to the card once it is issued.

Payment

• We accept only the asset and network you choose at checkout for that order. Payments in other assets or on other networks cannot be credited.
• Each order has a one-time payment address and an exact total, shown before you create the order and held for a limited payment window.
• You pay the network fee and any exchange withdrawal fee for your transfer. Only the amount that arrives on-chain counts.

Delivery

The code, PIN or redemption link is shown on your order page once our provider delivers it. Delivery is usually quick but depends on the provider and is not guaranteed to happen within a specific time.

Refunds

See the refund policy. Delivered gift cards cannot be returned.

Your responsibilities

• There is no account, email or wallet sign-in. You are responsible for sending the correct amount of the correct asset, on the correct network, to the correct address, before the quote expires.
• You are responsible for the security of your order link and your codes. Anyone with the link can open the order and its gift card.
• You are responsible for making sure that buying and using gift cards with crypto is legal where you live, and for any taxes that apply to you.

Order review and refusal

We may refuse, pause or review any order, for example to prevent fraud, because of provider limits or stock, or for legal and compliance reasons. We may hold funds while an order is under review. If we don’t fulfil an order, funds are handled under the refund policy.

Availability

We don’t guarantee that the service, any brand, denomination or payment option will be available at any time. We may change or stop the service without notice.

No warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by:

• your own mistakes, such as a wrong address, network, asset or amount, or a late payment;
• blockchain or network failures, congestion, forks or fee changes;
• third-party providers, card issuers or merchants, including their policies, balances and acceptance;
• delays in payment confirmation, fulfilment or refunds;
• phishing, scams, or a compromised device, browser or wallet;
• a lost order link, or a code you shared or that someone else redeemed.

Indemnity

You agree to cover us for any claims, losses or costs arising from your misuse of the service, your breach of these terms, or your breach of any law or third-party rights.
